Our Lamb cuts are 100% natural, free of growth-hormones and additives of any kind.
We supply all Primal and Sub-Primal Lamb cuts, as classified under standard AUS-MEAT categories, as well as whole carcasses, hind, middle and trunk cuts, both boned and de-boned, and are fully licensed to supply both domestic and export markets.
