Collins Wholesale Meats QLD has been providing quality beef, pork, goat and lamb for domestic and export markets for over 25 years. Our experienced staff focus on quality and food safety, to ensure the best products for our customers, and the best culinary experiences for their clients. Our stock is bought live on the farm, sourced from local Southeast Queensland farms, processed at local abattoirs adhering to strict quality and ethical guidelines, before being delivered whole to our factory for processing, packaging and delivery. We are a preferred supplier of local butchers, and are currently negotiating expansion of our export operations into China and other Asia-Pacific markets.

Beef


Beef Primal Cuts

We select the finest cuts from locally farmed grass-fed and grain-fed beef.


Our Beef cuts are 100% natural, free of growth-hormones and additives of any kind.


We supply all Primal and Sub-Primal Beef cuts, as classified under standard AUS-MEAT categories, as well as whole carcasses, hind, middle and trunk cuts, both boned and de-boned, and are fully licensed to supply both domestic and export markets.

Pork


Pork Primal Cuts

We supply the highest quality grain-fed pork cuts from locally farmed stock.


Our Pork cuts are 100% natural, free of growth-hormones and additives of any kind.


We supply all Primal and Sub-Primal Pork cuts, as classified under standard AUS-MEAT categories, as well as whole carcasses, hind, middle and trunk cuts, both boned and de-boned, and are fully licensed to supply both domestic and export markets.

Goat


Goat Primal Cuts

Our Goat products are processed from the best locally sourced domestic and wild Goats.


Our Goat cuts are 100% natural, free of growth-hormones and additives of any kind.


We supply all Primal and Sub-Primal Goat cuts, as classified under standard AUS-MEAT categories, as well as whole carcasses, hind, middle and trunk cuts, both boned and de-boned, and are fully licensed to supply both domestic and export markets.


We can supply whole Goat carcasses, either skinned or unskinned, to both domestic and export markets.


Halal certified Goat cuts and whole carcasses can also be arranged upon request.

Lamb


Lamb Primal Cuts
